About a year ago I started to seriously attempt to put together a children's Book based on a simple idea of a little girl (base on my daughter) who was chasing storm.  The biggest delay in the project was trying to figure out what was my art style going to be.  Initially I thought it would be 100% painting, but as I tested out styles keeping line art in the final image proved to be my preferred style.   Not sure why.  Part of it may be that creating art is a bit faster if I color line work.  But I think it has a more storybook feel if i keep the lines. For years now  I have been experimenting with art styles.   I started out in with pencil and ink.... I then spent a few years becoming an airbrush artist.  I had fun with airbrushing even expanded into a mix media style on canvas.  But I never quite became comfortable with the method. I shifted to digital painting about ten years ago. I put a lot of energy in to that endeavor. I like rough, abstract painterly pieces.  I was building that direction. Then I two years ago i returned to the comic book world.  Thanks to the comixology ap on my iPads I rediscovered my appreciation of ink work. So after a few years of experimenting and pondering,
